About 

The Pediatric Provider Collective was founded out of a recognized need from two local pediatric providers in the New Orleans community, Dr Lacey Ellis and Caroline Robichaux Schaefer.

We believe that the best care for children emerges when clinical professionals come together to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and strengthen one another's practice. Our collective serves as a trusted community where pediatric providers can access professional support and engage in continuous learning that enhances their ability to serve pediatric patients and their families.

Through fostering authentic relationships among our members, we create a network of expertise that transcends individual practice limitations, ensuring that every child benefits from the collective wisdom and dedication of our community. Together, we advance pediatric care by supporting those who provide it.
